divisive After losing all of their nominations at the recently concluded Grammy Awards, Ghanaian reggae dancehall artist Shatta Wale has resorted to social media to disparage other Nigerian musicians.
Nigerians were taken aback when their performers, Davido, Burna Boy, Asake, and Ayra Starr, received ten nominations overall at the esteemed award ceremony, dashigning their high expectations.
Nigerians contended that the Grammy board had treated some of the above named artists unfairly by not honoring them in spite of their respective achievements throughout the course of the review year.
However, Shatta Wale shared his opinions about the current state of affairs in response to Nigerians’ failure.
Davido, Burna Boy, and other artists were made fun of by Shatta Wale in a Facebook post for losing at the Grammy Awards.
