One person was crushed to death by a fuel truck on Friday night in Kaasi, in the Asokwa municipality.
After it capsized and fell on a pickup moving toward Ahinsan, the 54,000-liter diesel tanker was en route to dump the fuel at the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation (BOST).
Despite arriving on schedule, National Fire Service personnel were unable to save the pickup’s driver, who passed away immediately.
